Volleyball Leagues
Golden Valley offers a variety of indoor and outdoor co-rec volleyball leagues for adults throughout the year. All league matches will consist of three games played to 25 points using a rally scoring system and played under a one-hour time limit.
Co-rec teams should consist of three male and three female players, but a legal team may consist of four females and two males. All players must be at least 18 years old.
To help teams find the appropriate league for the upcoming season, Parks & Recreation classifies leagues with the following designations:
- Gold: For teams seeking Golden Valley’s most competitive experience and who occasionally participate in tournaments
- Silver: For recreational teams seeking a moderately competitive experience
- Bronze: A fun and recreational experience with a low level of competition

- Registrations are accepted via mail, email, in person, or online. Registrations will not be accepted without full payment.
Rosters
Submit rosters using the online registration after signing into your account:
- Use the "Account" menu to select "Teams."
- Click "Update" to the desired team.
- Click "Add New Player" to input all players names, phones, and emails.
- Click "Save" to complete the roster.
In the event of inclement weather, games will be rescheduled at the end of the season.
Call the Activity Cancellation Line at 763-512-2350 for game day status beginning two hours before game time.
