Golden Valley’s annual Battle of the Badges community blood drive is Thursday, Aug 15, 11:30 am–4:30 pm, at 7800 Golden Valley Rd and there’s still plenty of time to sign up to donate.
Memorial Blood Centers’ Battle of the Badges challenges fire and police departments from across the metropolitan area in a friendly competition to save and sustain lives through blood donation. Community members are also invited to participate in the blood drive with the dual purpose of saving lives and supporting their local public safety departments.
