The Robbinsdale Area School District, which serves portions of Golden Valley, is inviting community members to join the Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030 Team to shape the future of the educational landscape for students and families.
The district faces significant challenges, including financial constraints and students who are not reading or doing math at grade level. To address these issues, the Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030 Team will meet monthly to create a district of educational and operational success.
Monthly meetings will go from 5—9 pm starting Jan 29, 2025 and ending Sept 15, 2025. These sessions will include discussions on transforming the district to represent what students want, need, and deserve. Accommodations, such as interpreters, childcare, and dietary needs, will be taken into consideration.
The team will kick off the process with a comprehensive community engagement effort, aiming to gather feedback from no less than 50,000 participants. This data will guide the team’s recommendations.
