Golden Valley has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for executive search consulting services to lead the recruitment of its next police chief. Proposals are due by 11:59 pm on Oct 30, 2025.
The City seeks firms with demonstrated experience in public-safety recruitment and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Questions from firms are due Oct 21, with written responses posted by Oct 23.
