The City of Golden Valley is seeking partnerships with skilled contractors and consultants to collaborate on various projects that will help shape the growth of the city.
To share more information about the specific bid and request for proposal (RFP) opportunities currently available, the City is hosting a Capital Improvement Construction Projects Workshop April 25, 2024 from 1–2:30 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7800 Golden Valley Rd.
During the workshop, City staff will be available to answer questions and discuss potential collaboration opportunities on the following projects:
- 2025 Mill and Overlay—10th Ave, Boone Ave, & General Mills Blvd
- Bassett Creek and York Ave Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project
- Noble Ave and North/South Tyrol Retaining Wall Replacement Project
- Scheid Park Shelter Remodel
- 2024 Pond Improvement Project—Dredging
- 2024 Toledo Ave/Minnaqua Pond Flood Reduction and Water Quality Study
