In celebration of Black History Month, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development will host a free small business event titled “Building your Business from the Ground Up” Thursday, Feb 15, 4– 7 pm, at Brookdale Library (6125 Shingle Creek Pkwy, Brooklyn Center).
This event will operate as an open house with lenders, business advisors, government agencies, and more. A question and answer session with a panel of experts will take place from 4:30–5:30 pm.
