The City of Golden Valley’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is establishing its first-ever Five-Year Economic Development Strategic Plan.
On Aug 8, 2025, the HRA selected Redevelopment Resources, Inc, to lead the work. The strategic initiative will serve as a framework for enhancing the City’s economic vitality, creating jobs, and improving the overall quality of life for residents and businesses.
The plan will analyze current conditions, identify strengths and opportunities, and outline goals for short-, mid-, and long-term progress. More updates on the planning process and opportunities for public engagement will be shared in the coming months.
