The Golden Valley Police Department (GVPD) invites residents to support a community outreach event program this holiday season.
The GVPD's Toys For Tots collection is an annual tradition in collaboration with police from multiple departments. On the last collection day, they all meet in Golden Valley, load their cruisers with donated gifts, and drive to the KARE 11 drop-off site.
Donate new, unwrapped toys to the GVPD at 7700 Golden Valley Rd (open Mon through Fri, 8 to 4:30 pm) by 3 pm Dec 12.
The GVPD cannot accept monetary donations.
