After a successful first year, Blizzard Bash is back! This fun, family-friendly event will be held Friday, Dec 5, 5:30 to 8 pm at Brookview.
Enjoy art activities, disc golf and curling sessions, live entertainment, cookie decorating, local vendors, photos with Santa, and more. Three One Six Bar + Grill will provide food and refreshments on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upstairs Entertainment & Activities
Upstairs in the Bassett Creek Room, Pan Dimensions will perform steel pan music from 5:45 to 6:15 pm, followed by Afrocontigbo, a West African dance company, from 6:30 to 7:15 pm. Pan Dimensions brings a relaxed Caribbean vibe, while Afrocontigbo shares traditional dance, storytelling, and cultural movement.
Right outside, Three One Six Bar + Grill will serve fruit and vegetable cups, chips and dip, pizza, boneless wings, and meatballs. The bar and grill will remain open throughout the evening for additional food and drinks.
In the Wirth Lake Room, guests can decorate cookies with individually served frosting and enjoy hot chocolate, then eat their creations at the end.
Main Floor Entertainment & Activities
Outdoor fire pits will be perfect for roasting s'mores, and there will be disc golf and curling demos for all to enjoy.
Inside on the main floor, attendees will have free all-day access to the Backyard. Each party room will have a range of crafts, from wooden snowflakes and cotton ball yetis to toilet paper roll crafts and coloring bags!
Valley Room Entertainment & Activities
In the Valley Room, Santa will be available all night for photos and festive cheer. There will also be a table for giveaways; all you need to to is put your name on a ticket and staff will call you after the event to collect your prize. Lastly, you can have your face painted by A Touch of Magic! Be sure to get there early since face painting ends at 7:30 pm.
The event is free and open to all.
