Election Day is November 7, but you don't have to wait to cast your ballot.  

What To Do Before You Vote 

1. Register to vote at mnvotes.gov.   
   1. Already registered? Confirm your registration is correct and up to date.  
   2. You will need to update your registration if you’ve moved or changed your name since the last time you voted.  
2. Find out which candidates and questions you'll be voting on by viewing your sample ballot.  
3. Choose how you want to vote.  
   1. Vote absentee from the comfort of your home. You can do so by filling out an absentee ballot application. 
   2. Vote early in-person at:
      1. Your local elections office (Golden Valley City Hall, 2nd floor, 7800 Golden Valley Road).
