This month's 55+ Coffee Talk series will feature a presentation by City staff on the future on Golden Valley’s downtown area. It will be held Wednesday, April 26, 10 am, at Brookview.
Discussion will cover the history and final report of the City’s small area plan for the quadrants around Winnetka Ave and Golden Valley Rd, the findings from the Municipal Facilities Study, and updates on new development proposals in the area.
