A city is only as strong as its residents make it. That’s why the City of Golden Valley relies on its residents to serve on boards and commissions and help the City make decisions on things like recreation amenities; diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts; zoning ordinances; and more.

See the City’s current opportunities below for more information and submit an application by Feb 3, 2023.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission (DEIC)

Open Space and Recreation Commission (OSRC)

Planning Commission

Police Employment, Accountability, and Community Engagement Commission (PEACE)
