Get started on your fitness goals with the new parks and recreation course, Total Body Fitness. The class meetings Saturdays, Oct 15–Nov 19, 9–9:45 am in the Brookview Wirth Lake Room.
This 45-minute cardio/sculpt combo class, will focus on functional movement, core strength, and correct form. There will be time for questions and goal setting (optional) after class. If weather permits, the class may move outside on occasion.
