Residents Can Opt-Out Of Receiving An Organics Cart But Not The Fee

Residents who wish to not participate in the new organics recycling program or who wish to delay cart drop-off for any reason can do so by contacting Republic Services via email. Residents are not able to opt out of the quarterly organics recycling fee.

Residents can opt of the cart drop off can sent the information below to GVOrganics@republicservices.com.

  • Property owner name
  • Phone number
  • Property address
  • Statement that you do not want a cart (for opt-out only)
  • Desired delivery date (for delayed drop-off only)

Please note, all residents will be billed for the program whether they choose to receive a the cart or not.
