Hennepin County Needs Help Developing Its Zero Waste Plan

Hennepin County is seeking community members and subject matter experts to participate in work groups to develop actions for its Zero Waste Plan. Work groups will learn about challenges and opportunities to achieve zero waste, review and propose actions that will accelerate the county’s path to zero waste, and finalize recommended actions for inclusion in the county’s Zero Waste Plan.

Participating in a work group is expected to take 10–15 hours of total time, including four evening meetings in July and August and some work between meetings.

Register to join a work group by Tue, July 12 by completing this short form.

If you have questions about Hennepin County’s Zero Waste Plan, contact Carolyn Collopy at Carolyn.Collopy@hennepin.us.
