Senior Linkage Line

This telephone information and referral service helps senior citizens and family members of Hennepin County locate needed services close to home such as home meal programs, congregate dining, counseling, transportation, reassurance, daycare centers, volunteer opportunities, and health services. Trained volunteers and staff answer phones between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-333-2433.

Senior Outreach
