Current Developments

Ongoing economic development is important to a community because it has a direct effect on property taxes, home values, and overall quality of life. Golden Valley is a thriving home to many business, both large and small, and there's a lot of redevelopment going on. This page includes projects you may have seen around town.

The focus is on larger development activities or highly visible projects occurring, approved, or being reviewed in the City of Golden Valley and does not include every proposed project proposed. The Current Developments Map (see box at right) shows projects by location.
